Reporting to the Oncore Supervisor, the Oncore Administrator processes and maintains integrity of the clients Oncore Database for Black & McDonald Power Generation Region.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Timely and accurate processing of Oncore upload of daily timesheets, as well as manual input of timesheets as required
  • Salary verification of time sheets received
  • Perform daily audits of timesheets before submission to the client
  • Monthly Accrual Report to the clients Finance department
  • Reconcile the Hold Tank of hours in Oncore on a weekly basis
  • Monitor job set-up to remove items from Hold Tank and PCC
  • Reconcile EPSCA and Travel and Board with Payroll weekly
  • Run and format reports in Oncore; distribute the Rejection and Step reports to Project Management, Accounting and client Approvers three times weekly
  • Run client payment reports
  • Salary and Hourly reports
  • Upload subcontractors and salaried timesheets
  • Input retro EPSCA Travel and Board
  • Monitor rate changes and apply as needed
  • Prepare and review the Rates Not Firing Report
  • Communicate with Oncore Supervisor daily on any Oncore issues

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Completion of secondary school
  • Completion of college or other courses in accounting, bookkeeping or payroll administration or experience as a financial clerk would be an asset

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Payroll Administration experience in a nuclear/construction (or related) environment is preferred

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • A Nuclear Security Clearance must be achieved for employment on site
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and analytical skills
  • Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word and Outlook
