Position Summary

The Site Administrator will assist with the overall administrative direction for one large or several smaller construction projects. They will assist with the overall performance, including the management of costs, schedule, and project status while maintaining excellent relations with the employees, subcontractors, consultants, and our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, in conjunction with the Project Manager, the execution of projects in accordance with Corporate Policy
  • Work with construction change orders, notices and revisions
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of construction schedules, milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
  • Assist with preparing contracts and negotiation of revisions (as required)
  • Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
  • Assist in and monitor the purchase of supplies and materials
  • Review work, contracts, WIP for areas of risk and correct deficiencies
  • Liaise with Locator to identify underground utility lines and Locate underground utility lines
  • Complete timesheets
  • Document Control
  • Fleet/Equipment Management
  • Office Management

Competency Requirements

  • Knowledge of construction industry
  • Planning and scheduling skills
  • Blue print reading and project/structural design interpretation
  • Understanding of project forecasting
