Duties & Responsibilities

  • Located on the designated Licensee Site
  • Managing Document Control Administrators, and ensure they are provided with adequate training and support
  • Custodian of Comprehensive Work Packages and responsible for control, retrieval, and transmission of records
  • Company experts in Vendor Document Management system
  • Ensure quality documentation and records are organized for quality program audits
  • Directing Project Coordinators to complete project specific tasks (drawings, packages, transmittals, etc)
  • Ensure Audit & Distribution Logs are maintained
  • Oversee the development of QA Manuals and procedures
  • Document Control for Major Projects (logging transmittals, confirmation of documents)
  • Maintain Qualification Records for Inspection & Test Personnel
  • Generating/maintaining process charts using Visio program
  • Controlling Documents (e.g. INS, PROCs, STDs, and Forms)
  • Archiving history dockets and storage (Iron Mountain)
  • Assist in CSIS Security Clearance for QA personnel
  • Assisting new hires with setup- communicating with IT in setting up computes, email, work stations and ID's

Education & Skill Requirements

  • Post Secondary Education in related field
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint), and Prolog
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Must be motivated, self-directed, detailed oriented and able to work with deadlines
  • Previous QA/Document Control experience
