The Project Administrator will work directly with our project team to assist the Division Manager in the day to day operations of the New Brunswick Commercial Division. This includes assisting the Division Manager, Project Managers, as well as the Site Supervisors in a wide range of administrative activities, some of which are listed below. This position will report directly to the Division Manager and is located at 1350 Aviation Ave, Dieppe, New Brunswick.
- Set up, monitor and invoice small jobs / work orders in JDE
- Assist Project Managers in setting up Subcontractor Agreements
- Assist Division Manager with monthly projections, forecasting and A/R
- Assist with tasks such as copying and filing.
- Monitoring and updating field staff training certificates
- Review timesheets in Procore for completeness for the Division Manager / Payroll Department
- Assist with the weekly processing of time sheets and productivity reports
- Attend Division Meetings
- Other duties as required

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of secondary education (administration diploma/certificate or equivalent experience)
- Ability to organize work effectively
- Motivated and able to work with multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Candidates must be capable of using MS Office applications with a focus on excel.
