Summary of position: The senior JDE CNC and Security Specialist will work with the JDE technical team for installation, configuration, management, maintenance, and enhancement of JD Edwards ERP architecture. He/she will be responsible for maintenance and support. Applying patches & bug fixes (ESUs), deploying changes, regular checkups & maintenance activities, design and apply JDE security roles. Also play a critical role to work with the IT infrastructure team for system support and troubleshoot.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring Deployment Server
- Apply planner ESU
- Installing and configuring Enterprise Server
- Installing and configuring Web Server
- Setup JAS/HTML Server instances on Web Server
- Setup BSSV Server instances on Web Server
- Setup AIS Server instance(s) on Web Server
- Server Manager installation and configuration
- Server Manager Agent installations and configurations
- Create and run installation plan
- Post installation, log analysis and surface testing
- Setup security for different roles i.e. test and production roles
- Configuring different types of securities such as application, action, row, column, etc.
- Promoting security changes from test to production
- Identify security conflicts and resolve them
- Implementing SOD (Segregation of duties) based on the provided requirement
- Setup and define status flows for object promotion
- Build and deploy full packages
- generation, backup, generate & restore tables
- OMW project promotion to promote regular and ESU changes
- Promoting retrofitted objects to custom pathcode
- OMW logging and tracking
- OCM configuration
- Create and modify single and multithreaded job queues
- Co-ordinate with network team/carry out printer

Education & Skill Requirements
- 3-5 years of JDE technical deployment expertise
- Experience with Oracle JDE application development Framework
- 3-5 years of JDE security setup experience
- JDE upgrade project experience
- C++ development experience
- JDE 9.2 experience is a plus
