Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and maintain good customer relations
  • Perform clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying
  • Provide clear and concise daily reports
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or diploma in business administration is an asset

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years’ experience in administration or construction is an asset

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Capable of using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to co-operate with others and work in a team environment to achieve common objectives
