ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical Support: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
  • User Assistance: Provide support to end users via phone, email, or in person, ensuring timely resolution of IT related problems
  • System Maintenance: Help maintain and update IT systems, including installing software updates and patches
  • Documentation: Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions to common issues
  • Training: Assist in training end-users on new technologies and IT best practices
  • Inventory Management: Help manage IT inventory, including tracking hardware and software assets
  • Collaboration: work closely with the IT team to support ongoing projects and initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Technical Skills: Basic Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), Microsoft Office Suite, and common IT tools
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to trouble shoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
