Black & McDonald Limited is seeking a Lawyer to join our office located in Scarborough, Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a great company and to help mitigate risks on large and interesting projects throughout Canada, the United States and Bermuda. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and drafting contracts
- Participating in negotiations
- Providing legal advice on complex construction and corporate matters including:
- PPE Projects
- EPC Projects
- Design Build Projects
- Teaming/Joint Venture Arrangements
- Litigation management

EDUCATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have:
- 2-6 years of corporate legal experience
- Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset
- Specific experience with construction law will be considered an asset
- Ability to travel
